It's been two years since we started working together, initially focusing on the LOTO procedure. For our first experience, Altheria took charge of creating the module. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about the software, but Altheria listened to my feedback to improve and adapt it. Even someone like me, with no prior experience in VR, managed to navigate the software successfully!
We extensively use the Practice modules, with hundreds of people now experiencing VR in EHS at GSK. The first reaction from trainees is always "wow, this is amazing". They are astonished by the resemblance to reality.
My mission is to train as many people as possible and encourage them to use VR in their training. It's gratifying to see more and more trainers at GSK embracing VR for training purposes.
Having access to the Practice Editor is one thing, but being able to communicate directly with the team at Altheria is even better. We don't feel alone; we feel listened to regarding future progress and changes.

"As an Education Consultant for technical and vocational schools, I always strive to inspire teachers by encouraging them to use new technologies with their students, making them excited about their education. Sometimes, teachers struggle to teach theoretical concepts. Motivating them to overcome these challenges is our mission. During the pandemic, we sought a more concrete, engaging, and enjoyable way to teach technical subjects that mobilize skills rather than relying solely on typical flipped classroom or e-learning methods, which are often too theory-based with classical evaluations. We discovered Altheria, a company specializing in educational XR tools that provide efficient training solutions. Even though the pandemic has passed, their technology and tools remain valuable assets for enhancing student learning and supporting teachers in their pedagogical efforts. Immersive training is an effective tool that bridges the gap to real industry world situations. By helping teachers identify specific learning hurdles their students face, we can then plan a pedagogical scenario that blends classical teaching methods and Altheria Practice tool to achieve more efficient training. We are starting to use the Altheria Practice tool to help teachers adopt our new curriculum and implement the new content effectively. Indeed, this allows us to enable the teachers we support to experience and practice the new learning sequences and strategies that we offer them."
